Delivery

Terms and conditions of delivery.

Following delivery conditions are possible:

1) Pickup (Client’s transport comes to our warehouse and picks up the products);

2) Dispatch by our transport (We organize transport and include cost of delivery into invoice);

3) Express delivery (Sending by express company with consolidated cargo).

* Terms of delivery of goods are negotiated individually by the Parties. Any reference to trade terms (EXW, FCA, FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAT, DAP, DDP) is understood as a reference to the corresponding Incoterms-2010 basis published by the International Chamber of Commerce.

* We arrange customs clearance in Ukraine. On the territory of the client, the goods are cleared by the recipient.

* We provide a full package of documents with products.

* Delivery time depends on the volume of order (from 5 to 30 working days).
